I have this problem when I'm at idle my temperature is at 60C. When I take off my side panel to expose everything, my temperature drops to 50C at idle. I reapplied Arctic Silver already. Is there a air flow problem in my case or is it just the heatsink or something?

Which CPU? Arctic Silver applied wrong can cause issues. Do you have adequate inbound and outbound fans? Can you post a picture of the inside of your chassis? I use a Cooler Master Stacker 810 chassis with 120mm fans for better cooling. -

Many desktop cases have the air intake at the front bottom of the case. Please be sure the case is up off the floor. I have seen alot of them sitting on carpet, which caused the case not to get air. The air intake must have sufficient ventilation. Also you should have intake and exhaust fans on the case. Just a couple of things to check here. It would be nice to know what case you are using but the standard is that front and side fans are intakes while rear and top fans are exhaust.
