What do you use to read temps?
Your GPU temp is way too high no matter what the card is and will likely be the cause of your problems, you'll need to supply more detail on the hardware.
How is your case airflow?

Your core temps look fine considering you are overclocked to 4.0 Ghz. I am assuming those are your idle temps? The only thing that looks off to me is the temps on your GTX. GPUs typically run hot but that seems a little high. Are you overclocking your GPU? What do you have your GPU fan set on?System Specs
