  • HAVC Cooling

Since my wife got mad at me for leaving the window open and I didn't want to move the computer to the garage. I started thinking and remembered someone using an in-line HAVC fan to pump outside air to their computer, so a trip to Home Depot, about 5 hours in the garage with a bunch of duct tape and this is what I end up with.

Room 21.6c, Intake air 10.1c at time of screen shot. CPU core temps at this clock 44c regular room air. I'll post some pics once I clean up the mess from the tweaking and fiddling.

    Intake, to the fan.

    Fan, to the computer.
