Up in Emerald, you would nearly need to put a heater on the cpu, damn cold in winter... :rolleyes2

Since I posted my temps 3 weeks ago, I have updated my cpu to a P4 2.4GHz and also fitted a Zalman CNPS6500B-AlCu heatsink with a 90mm fan and used Artic Silver 3.

I have also added an 80mm exhaust fan on the side of my Lian Li PC65 case and thinking about putting a 90mm fan on top of the case as well.

My cpu temp runs at 30c idle (no change) and 36c (4c drop) underload without the aircon running, but with the a/c hard at it, my temps get down to 27c and 34c. Outside temps during the day are around 36c and at nights about 30c.

Here in the Philippines where the weather is hot or hotter, need all the cooling I can get. Going to be interesting to see what the temps will be when I move back to Victoria in 12 months time.

I have 3 exhaust fans and 2 intakes. I dunno what the heck is going on...lol...the funny thing is that i am not even over clocking.

Currently have a room temp of about 25C which is common with either weather or AC. My ambient temp is 27C, my idle after one hour of the PC being powered is 39C and my load after running Prime95 for an hour is 43C. Will post new temps when I switch to a new board and DDR and overclock the snot out of it.

                            Cooling-
                            Two 80mm intake fans
One 80mm exhaust fan below the PS
                            One 120mm blowhole
Alpha Pal 8045 HS with Sunon 40CFM 80mm

                            Athlon XP 1900+ (1600Mhz)
                            Abit KT7A Raid
                            512MB PC133 (Kingston)
                            2-40GB Maxtor 7200/133 stripped
                            Visiontek GeForce 4400TI
