Best P4 Cooler

Just wondering, what is the best aftermarket fan/heatsink based cooler for the p4 cpu , enough for considerable temp drops from the standard intel cooler.

I am still very impressed with the GlobalWIN WBW76 cooler I reviewed a while ago. Whilst not being as effective as a Swiftech or an Alpha, it is extremely cheap when compared to the above ;)
