  • Koolance cooling systems?

    Getting ready to build new system and have decided to go with watercooling for cooling, was looking at the Koolance systems, anybody have any experiance using koolance systems thanks

    Personally, I prefer Swiftechs kits, they are much closer to custom built. Koolance has some decent products though. I overclock, so the 1/4" stuff I tend to shy away from, especially the silicon tubes which allows too much evaporation to go on. My bud had his Shuttle "cube" CPU completely watercooled using Koolance blocks, CPU, GPU and MB chipset. The temps were always below 100F and usually around 80F. The GPU was overclocked some(9800 pro).

    Since you are still somewhat shopping, you should check out Swiftech's APEX kits. http://www.swiftnets.com/products/H20-220-APEX.asp I just installed their Apogee GPU block on my overclocked 7800GTX, which is now @ 525 before my voltmod, with load temps under 40C and it's after the loaded dual core CPU in the WC loop.
    They do cost more, but well worth it IMO.
