ok so ive narowed it down to a "580W HiperPower Type-R Modular Blue PSU Quiet Dbl Fan aPFC ATX2.2 20/24 Pin" or a "500w Seasonic S12-500 SLi aPFC PSU Silent ATX2.0 2xPCI-E 4xSATA ATX12v-1.3 & ATX12v 2.01", now its to power my sapphire x1800xl (3dconnect) card, and to replace my akasa 460w card, which one would best suit a sapphire/AMD system,

How did you narrow it down to those? There are better choices than both of them. I'm not saying they're necessarily bad (in fact either one would probably power your system just fine), but I just don't see any reason to get either of those PSUs.
