Thermaltake silent boost k8 compatible with amd X2?

i have the thermaltake k8 HSF, and want to get a dual core, thinking about the 4400+ toledo. will it fit?

It should be fine for it. There are better heatsink/fan combos, but if you already have it I see no reason to look at other options.
