  • Good fan for SLK900A heatsink (merged threads)

Im buying a thermalright SLK 900A For my AMD and i am looking for the best fan possible. It can hold all the way up to a 80 mm fan so what ever works. As long as its trustable and keeps every thing nice and cool.

Stick with a ball bearing fan but how cool ya want it will depend on how much noise your ears can take. There are quite a few high performance 80mm fans on the market now that come with reostats so that you can adjust the speed (and thus the noise level) to suit you.

I suppose looking up the hsf yourself is too much to ask? In less time than it took you to right that post you could have found this page and navigated to your hsf with this lovely diagram.

Dont even get me started on that thread title...

            You can get a 92mm fan on a SLK900a.

My SLK900u does, only difference is it has the mounting holes!

The enermax fan range is speed adjustable(I have a 92mm one) & I've heard the Panaflo's are good.
