Xaser III vs. X-Alien vs Plusview1000agm

I want the best cooling setup possible for the least dough...
with all the features the Thermaltake Xaser III has(fan control, lcd temp, fans) it seems like the perfect match between features and cooling ability. The Turbo Gamer x-alien also has many fans, but no fan controller. The Antec Plusview 1000agm comes with 2 fans, but can hold 4, has no temp/fan control, yet is a good hundred CDN dollars cheaper.
Which would y'all pick?

Any of those UNEEC clone cases will do the job so get the one that best suits your budget. I've 6 of these and this is the best fan configuration I've found with them with 34cfm fans fitted.

Whattabout a top fan though?

A top fan is really only necessary when you have a pretty good sized gap between the top of the case and the PSU. Otherwise the power supply will do an adequate job of removing the air that rises to this area.
