Should I switch to water cooling?

right now, I havent aquired all the parts yet, but, i getting an Abit IC7,Intel P4 2.6(800Mhz),Geil DDR(500Mz), and im only cooling with a VANTEC AeroFlow VP4-C7040 fan and I hope to overclock enough for my Memory to actually run at 500Mhz, should I stick to fans or should I go with Water cooling?

You'd only be at 3250mhz if you ran at 250fsb (500mhz ddr) and that's very easily attainable with stock cooling, or better yet, that vantec aeroflow. Your temps will be within reason and stable.
