That sounds like a Volcano 9 with a blue Antec LED Fan? I don't know how well that would work, those fans are only rated at 30 CFM or so, and the volcano 9 needs higher cfm than that.

But an LED fan on a volcano 7+ sure would perform well, even under moderate OCing.
