James from PC Case Gear sent me one of their brand new Cold Cathode sound sensitive neon lights today for review. Intially, I have to say they are one of the coolest toys I have ever played with!
I tried putting it inside my case with my other cold cathode and it didn't look that great to be honest - And I don't want people tapping at my case just to see it flash.
So, as a teaser for the review I'll be posting on TweakTown soon, I have taken some videos of the neon in action, with a difference. I have placed the sensor right next to my speaker and placed the neon on top of my monitor which creates a stunning visual display in time to the music.
Video #1 - Belissima by DJ Quicksilver (1.02mb)
Video #2 - Around The Fur by Deftones (374kb)
More in the review, and better ones - Look forward to it soon! :)
