what is the best way to cut an 8cm or 12cm fan hole into an acrylic case window? also what is the cheapest place to git a dremel?

Holesaw in a drillpress or steady hand with a cordless drill on low speed setting. Also clamp the acrylic to a piece of wood to keep the pilot drill stable.

and use masking tape where you want to drill. it will help protect the lexan from accidental slips and scratches.

Yes, MAKE SURE YOU USE MASKING TAPE! I made a few scratches on my case making a blow hole before i thought about using masking tape. I can imagine it would be a lil worse on the acrylic.
