RCP-IV-Z1828-C PN:14032800 Firmwareupdate & SecureErase???

I'm new here, but I hope, you can help me.

I have a used MotionComputing LE177 with a RunCore RCP-IV-Z1828-C (PN:14032800) SSD.
I have problems, loosing data after resume or reboot ... chkdsk will produce found.xxx in C:\
I've seen, there yhould be a frimwareupgrade (actual I have 1571 (CrystalDiskInfo), but I've seen, there has to be at least an upgrade to 1916.
After the firmwareupgrade, I've planed to reinstall Windows after a SecureErase/Wipe, but I've also not found a link to get this.

The only Link, I've found (http://www.runcore.co/en/upgrade.asp) ends in error 404...

Could anyone help me to find the latest Firmwareupgrade and a wipe tool for my RunCore RCP-IV-Z1828-C (PN:14032800) SSD?

In the meantime CristalDiskInfo tells me, the firmware is 2030 :-)

I'm still looking for a "secure erase" tool, which runs under DOS or WIN10.
I've found http://www.runcore.com/Upload/DownFi....0_windows.zip, but this one tells me under Win10, there is no RunCore SSD (But P0328.exe has found the SSD on the same PC)...
...Which windows version is needed to run "RunCore Toolbox V1.0.0.exe" - and is there my SSD supported?

In the meantime I'cant boot anymore from my SSD :-(
