RunCore SSD fw 1916 problem

I have a PN: 14176404 (SN: 641005250275) that has lately been given to BSOD-ing even fresh installs of NT6.1. It has fw 1916, currently, and I can't find the right download containing version 2030, or whatever the latest is.
