I see that they released the new firmware for pro-IV but only for the samsung set... What about the intel set???? My PN code is 14092800. Where can I get the update software set for mine? thanks

I'm totally with you guys. As I've said previously, I'm not that fussed about anything in the new firmware but that's not the point. This isn't a good way to treat your customers. I wouldn't think it's even that much work as Indilinx write the firmwares - just needs some crucial branding and then testing surely?
All the other brands of Indilinx got an update out. You'd think the company offering the longest warranty period wouldn't be the one with the shortest support period.
