  • RunCore RCP-IVS7032-C recognised as YATAPDONG BAREFOOT

My RunCore was bought before 1 year and till yesterday was perfectly working but today I received the message from the system that I cannot boot to windows.

Finally I found the problem, my SSD which is:

32 GB RunCore RCP-IVS7032-C PCI-e SSD for EEEPC 901 is recognised
as YATAPDONG BARFOOT-ROM and shown as a 137.4 GB

is there a way to recover my data on the SSD, or the only possible way is to send it to the shop from where have bought it, I know my serial number but I don't know my firmware version.

It turns out that your SSD has lost its firmware due to a flash problem. Sorry to say this but there is no way to resolve the problem at customer side. Please contact your vendor for a RMA.
    Thanks
