I believe I'm suppose to run IM6408.exe

When I try to find the target drive, the error I get is as follows:
[ERROR]ATA Set multiple mode fail!
Not found any drive. Press any key!

The method of FW updating that you were using is for Pro IV only.
Pro I products are not able to do FW updating.
