Understanding SSD Bug Support and Runcore

The problems that people have on this message board are few and far between except in some cases like the IBM 1.8" PATA/IDE issue that is now ongoing. We sell thousands of Solid State Drives each month. Most of the problems are usually bugs with an individual system or bugs with the FW and usually not the Runcore SSD. Also they are very hard to near impossible to diagnose and treat without actually having each system in hand. We just had 2 major wins with the sleep/hibernate issue and the MacBook Air Rev A SSD issues. The guys are working hard to find and fix any bugs and make our SSD work flawlessly on all systems that can take our SSD form factors.

So please keep the questions and comments coming but please understand treating issues like these on individual machines is not easy by any means.

So where can we download firmware for our SSD, and is TRIM firmware going to be available on the Pro IV?

Pro IV is available on Trim firmware.

The solution for sleep/hibernate we are currently working on it and when it gets ready we'll upload the firmware into our website.
