Long time to process order on RunCore.com

I know this is a tech support forum but I just can't contact with the sale department! I sent multiple email with NO reply!

I placed an order on the 23th, I got a email saying I will get a order number in 24hours. It has been over 150 hours now but I am still waiting. I try sending emails but I get no answer.

Can I know what's the status?? I will go somewhere else if you don't want to sell it.

Sorry to know that... may I know where are you located or have you tried to contact the local reseller? for simple you could give me an e-mail indicating the P/N & qty of the SSD you are interested, pls mail to [email protected]

Still waiting for order to be processed. If at all. Apparently its stuck in the system.. (not too sure what this means). Is it ordered or not going to happen?

me ranting here... So Frustrating!!!

Here is a willing customer wanting to spend some $$$ for your products and this is the level of pre-sales support (of lack there of) that is happening..

Definitely a worrying sign for the level of support being expected post sales, that is if my order is ever processed and I get the goods....

Ashley has been trying to track this down, let's wait (hope) it is resolved...... soooon
