Re: RunCore Availibility
Well I finally got my SSD today - not the one I ordered from voitech but the one I ordered from SolidStateCentral - Voitech still owes me $230 au for the SSD that was never sent and is currently being investigated by the Australian Police.
If you're in Australia, I cannot recommend SolidStateCentral enough. Their shipping was virtually overnight (it was a weekend) and the communication was quick, thorough and courteous. A pleasure to deal with.
If you're wondering if the drive was worth the wait - Yes, 100% most definately. It totally transforms the EEE and I would recommend this upgrade for anyone who is annoyed at the stock slow SSD in their eee, and it was very easy to transfer my operating system to the new SSD using the provided cable and application. Only thing that didnt quite work was the provided screwdriver, which had a philips head that was too large to fit into the screws holding the Asus SSD in place.
Thumbs up
