Which chips are used in KHX8500/GN Series?

I've read that kingston 1066 series have promos chips which is known as bad and third class chip in ram world.
Is it true?

Anyway i can't use my 1066 ram higher than 960mhz with it spec timings.
I won't buy kingston again.They just fools the costumers.Also we can see here that they don't care us.
