I bought a i5 12400f and a gigabyte b760m dsh3 ax ddr4 mobo and the store offered to install these new components onto my PC. Anyway, the first time i tried booting up the pc it powered up twice and then worked just fine( at first i thought it was just getting used to the new stuff i changed so i didnt think much of it). But it kept doing the same issue (booting up twice then gets into windows). And i also noticed that the time was wrong for example it would say its 3pm when its 11 am or stupid stuff like that. So i decided t enter the BIOS and a message pops up " Clear CMOS information your BIOS has been reset".
Could it be a CMOS battery issue even if the mobo is brand new? Or does it just need a bios update to fix this??
