WOL not working

Hello, i have been trying to make WOL work on my new MB an A520 DS3H, I dont know if i missed something but i have been looking all over the internet and found no solution.

problem is simple, the ethernet link shutsdown (ethernet LEDs go off) either the pc is off or sleeping, they energy option in the advanced options of the ethernet adapter shows the "allow this device to wake up..." greyed out, no matter if the box above is marked on.

i know this happens when energy saving settings are enable but i think i disabled them all, both in bios and advanced settings in windows


i didnt have this problem with my very old asus MB, it was just afew clicks and worked like a charm.
