Hello. I just changed my MB from an MSI tomahawk B550 to a Gigabyte Aero G x570s. I updated to latest BIOS F4c and installed the chipset drivers etc... found on website.
Now my CPU is always running at max speed (constant 4.3gh) and 100% utilization, Idle temps are around like 60. Even when changing settings in BIOS nothing has changed. This was not happening with my previous MB please advise??

-Gigabyte Aero G x570s
-5800x3d
-Crucial Ballistics (2x8) 3600 CL16
-Gigabyte Vison 3080
-MSI 1TB NVME
-Windows 11 Pro
