Z590 Gaming X

Hi, i have a z590 Gaming X Mainboard, i9 10850K CPU and a 3090 ti Graphiccard, i think the card is to fast for the CPU by searching for reasons i found in internet that this is a bottleneck, is there any solution for it without change any hardware? i play 90% microsoft flight simulator 2020 and the game is lagging in settings i must go down to medium / low to play,
resolution is 2560x1440. Before i had a Gigabyte 1060 6Gb that was much better no lagging at high settings
