How come you have a BIOS version F12b on a Gigabyte X570 AORUS MASTER (rev. 1.x) motherboard, when
Gigabyte itself says newest BIOS is F11 (2019/12/09):

X570 AORUS MASTER (rev. 1.x) | Motherboard - GIGABYTE Global

Is it possible you 've upgraded with another motherboard's model BIOS ?

the beta bios is on the first page, it says bios beta so possible not stable. the last stable bios is on the manufacturer's website.
