B250M CPU fan speed bug after bios update

I update bios on B250M-D3H to F8 and saw the CPU fan speed was not changing with CPU temp. I look in Bios at Smart Fan 5 settings and it is showing the wrong temp when CPU fan is selected. It is using PCH temp instead and this is why CPU fan not changing speed under CPU load. There is no way to change the CPU fan temp input. I attach screenshot of the bios showing 41 deg even though as you can see CPU temp is actually 35 deg. So is this silly bug?
