GA-Z87x-UD5H Only PS/2 Keyboard can be used with SETUP

I can only use a PS/2 keyboard[A Dell KB] to Get to setup[DEL], to get the screen with selection of start disk [F12], manipulate [use] setup.
USB Keyboard works fine with Windows 10.
Have tried 3 different USB keyboards including a Apple USB keyboard, a Microsoft 200 Wired USB Kb, and a DELL CN-OMGPWT KM-117wireless KB.
The computer has i7 4770K CPU, 16 GB RAM, 2 Samsung SSDs

Is there something in setup where I have made wrong choice?

I can use wireless mouse to select things in setup.

z87x is connected to Comcast router only --Canon pixma MX922 Canon Laser
