gigabyte z170x G1 gaming 6 woes

hello, I just upgraded from lynfield gigabyte setup to a skylake setup. My new setup is:
15 6600k16gb ddr 2400mhz gskill ripjaw 4
Gigabyte z170x G1 gaming 6 F3 bios (tried all bios on gigabytes site)
R9 380x 4gb
evga gq 1000w
pny 256gb ssd for windows with win10
watercooled
fresh win10 installed

ok the issues i'm having:
ok so I have an issue where if I try to manually set the multiplier it just straight locks up wont post hang on B7 even with the exact same settings set manually hat the board sets when I do performance upgrade overclocking or even when I try to set it to the stock multiplier.
Also it hangs on B7 if I try to disable turbo and power saving features makes no sense
Also when the pc hangs on B7 debug code i cant reset the cmos! I tried using the jumpers above the power switch jumpers and doesn't work also pulling the battery doesn't reset them properly after leaving the battery out for 5+ minutes should reset them and not hang but it will still hang. it cycles 6-10 times then eventually comes on with the same bios settings saying that overclocking failed.

Also If I overclock using performance upgrade then while in windows randomly all the sudden the pc post speaker just goes off and doesn't stop until i reset defaults in bios

I'm kinda dissapointed. I buy gigabyte because I always had issues like this with asus and thus why i switched when I upgraded to lynnfeild. i'm serious;ly hoping bios updates can fix these problems but seeing the previous updates and what they fixed doesn't give me much hope
