GA-Z87XUD5H hdd light always on

Hi all,

I have a GA-Z87XUD5H motherboard and the hdd is always on solid and does not flash. Im of the understanding that I need to update the firmware for the marvell controller but I dont know where I can download the firmware from and get detailed instructions on how to do this and what precautions I need to take before I attempt to update the firmware.
