Please list the full specs of your pc build. ES- Engineering Sample , QS-(has SKU) - Qualification Sample , and Retail Sample - Full retail specs known.

Your cpu QDE4 ES 2.8ghz is an engineering sample. The Q-spec QDxx is i7 family, Haswell. If you require a modded bios, I believe you will be best placed to ask in the modded bios thread so those who have an intricate knowledge of the i7 CpuID can help you. This is as long as you know that you do not have a faulty CPU to begin with.
