    i tried doing this by changing the option in bios, but i cannot seem to get this working.
    anyone sucessfully using this feature?

    Mine powers up from sleep state with either mouse or keyboard.
    It will not power up with mouse activity if the system is completely shut down.
    I can't think of any special settings....although I always set "Wake on LAN" to off, and on my Z97 C6/C7 is set to "Enabled".
