GA-F2A88X-UP4 not installing windows

SO, here is my exact issue.

I'm building my new PC involving the following:
AMD Athlon X4 860K (On the Mobo Support List)
GA-F2A88X-UP4
2x4GB Ripjaws X - F3-10666CL9D (On the Mobo Support List)
1TB Verbatim HDD - SATA2


SO... Everything is compatible and all working fine.
Now, when I try to install windows, through USB key and disc, it just freezes or stops and goes back to the GIGABYTE Bios/ home screen

I sent it in to Gigabyte, and they said everything was working fine and tested with multiple configurations.
SO i try it again, yet I'm having the same problem

What BIOS version you have?
What windows version are you installing?
No CPU card just built in?
Could be the RAM too, or CPU, a good start would be to run Memtest86/Memtest86+ for few loops and see if you get any errors.

BIOS, ima have to check
Windows 7 Ultimate, its supported.
There is a CPU built in but I'd rather use mine for more power
RAM is on support list and tested with other machines working well and same goes for the CPU.
But I can try Memtest86 and see if I get any errors then report back to you
