I have multiple questions about drivers and the BIOS. My motherboard is a GA-Z77-D3H (rev. 1.0). I notice that some of the drivers in the download section seem out of date compared to the one's that are directly from that driver maker's site. For example, the latest Intel Rapid Storage Technology driver on the motherboard download page is version 12.8.0.1016 from 2013/11/26 but the Intel website has newer drivers available. Is it ok to use these later drivers or would you recommend downloading the older ones from the mobo page because Gigabyte has tested them? Also, I see on these forums that there is a BIOS version of F23 while the mobo page's latest one is F23b, and F23b is a beta BIOS. Is F23 newer than F23b and is it not a beta version and safe to use? Thank you.
