GA-Z77X-D3H keeps powering off after cold boot

Hello, i have GA-Z77X-D3H and updated to Moded Bios F18k, but after when i do cold boot (powering off pc and waiting 30sec) some times i needs to boot 3-4-5 times before i can go into windows.

1st boot not seing Moded logo, monitor shows no signal and after 20sec of no signal computer restarts
2nd boot shows Standard bios logom but soon after when i think it loads a menu it restarts
3rd boot black screen same as 1st boot
4th boot somes time it boots fine to windows sometimes it repeats steps below

how much ram are you running?

So i've tried the official from website i think it's 16 still had the same problem, i think something to do whit overlooking, but i remember whit my MSI i din't had any problems OC to 4.5

how much ram are you running?

i have 16gb = 2x8GB

try with cpu/vtt at 1.15v
