Problem with memory 2 of 4 slot only work Z68MA-D2H-B3 v1.3

Hello everyone,

i have problem with my memory ,
i tried to test my memory one by one and all of them work well with no problem it happend only when i connect my 4 memory slot in same time , i was using from a long time F10 and they was work 16GB i update my bios to U1C but i didnt notice the issue only after a while.

In bios it show me installed size the 4 slot is identfied , but in enable size only 8GB as the picture in the attachment . the windows tell me i have 8GB of ram , while i have 16GB
in Cpuz it show me 16GB ! in windows Task Manager - Peramrmance tap show me Slots used 2 of 4.

iam sorry for my bad english . i hope you can help me

my pc is :
Motherboard : Z68MA-D2H-B3 v1.3 === Bios U1C.

Cpu : I7-2600 @3.40 .
Memory : Crucial Technology 4x4096MB 1333MHZ.
Using windows 8.1 Enterprise 64x.

tried swapping around the memory?
what cpu cooler are you using? try a quarter turn undone on each mounting screw (too tight a cooler can cause missing memory)

thank you for responding ,
i tried to downgrade the bios from U1C to F10 and it imdedtly recognizes my 4 slot memory with 16GB , i wonder if any one know how to fix this problem in U1C UEFI bios , i tried many way to fix with no result , i tried to overlock the memory bus and the voltage and it usless . Is its possible that is an issue in U1C version because it beta .
