When I shutdown win7 the system suddenly starts back up. I checked in BIOS and LAN Wakeup is off, key and mouse also. I checked all connections on hd's and mobo and they all seem ok. Now, I just installed F9 BIOS as instructed by tech support at Gigabyte (fpor Marvell Port issue) and that is when it started. However, if I boot with F5 BIOS backup it also does the same thing. Not sure what is happening.

It's not an F9 BIOS thing because that is what I ran on my Z87-UD5H.
