Gigabyte radeon 6970?

I'm thinking of buying gigabyte radeon hd6970 since i heard it has better cooling system than the XFX card and it is a great graphic card, but i have also heard that Gigabyte radeon hd6970 has some problem with the drivers. And now to my question.. is it true that it has problems with drivers?

should be fine with drivers,have you looked at the 7850 cards? they run cooler and oc better

are you planning on doing crossfire or single? unless you're doing crossfire dont buy a 6970 because its a waste. Get something in the 200$ price range thats newer like a 270x or GTX660 (i like the 270x better)
