problem with boot linux system on gigabyte motherboard

hello everyone, i have 2 different pc with gigabyte motherboards, and i have a bootable usb flashdrive with linux boot system that is working properly on the pc with the 890xa-ud3, but when i try to use it on the pc with ma 790fx-ds5 i get the answer non system disk, this make me presume i may have a compatibility problem on this one with the bios, would it be good and running fine, if i flash the bios on the 790fx-ds5 and replace it by the same bios version that is on the 890xa-ud3

My problem is now resolved,there will be no need to modify any bios
