GA-Z87X-OC Sleep Issues

I've never encountered this before. My GA-Z87X-OC Motherboard on F7 BIOS will not sleep properly. When I put it to sleep, all the fans come on at what seems like full RPM. My monitor and keyboard turn off. At this point the PC will not wake and I have to press the power button for the machine to come back on. It seems to do a full system boot. I've tried disconnecting all external devices, I've cleared my CMOS, I'm just not sure what is causing this and google is failing me. Any help would be greatly appreciated. System specs are as follows:

i7-4770k
2 770 GTX Gigabyte OC Windforce cards in SLI
Corsair H90 Water Cooler

Did you just update to F7? Anything else you changed recently? Perhaps something bumped the case and it's shorting out somewhere.
