Hey guys,
I just bought a new 4tb hard drive not thinking about my computer not being able to handle it...
Now I'm looking for a modified bios with newer RAID drivers, so that the mainboard recognizes the full capacity.
When running the Intel Storage software it shows as 4tb, but for me that's a little shaky.. I don't know what happens if I reinstall windows and don't have the Intel software installed.. Will it still recognize the partitions I created?
I'd like for the computer to recognize the capacity from the start. In the modified bios thread there is a version, but when I downloaded it I saw that it's meant for the UD4P, even though in the thread it's titled UD4.
Would anyone be willing to either modify the latest BIOS version (from 2011) with updated drivers for me or if it already exists just point me to the link?
Thanks y'all!
Stefan
