Z87x-UD4H Bios Recommendation

Hey guys last night i just updated my bios from Bios F7 to F8 but when i went to save my bios profile it froze and i lost all my settings. Which bios do you guys recommended? i see other bios here such as modded or beta 9a. Another main reason im updating is i was recommended to update to the latest bios since i have an R9 290 which always black screens. any help is appreciated. Thanks

I have found F8d to be less buggy than final release F8 go figure.....currently running F8d no probs.
