hello to every one
i tried to update bios with q-flash and a message told me that the flash utility is out of date
is it safe to use @bios 2.33????
i think that many mb died with that program till now
my motherboard x79-ud5 rev. 1.0 ,current bios f13p and the bios that i wnat to update f13w

IT IS REALLY SAFE!!!
i have done the upgrade and it was everything completed in a couple of minutes
there are new things and many changes from f13p to f13w
