Ram Settings + well known problem with Gigabyte Ex58-UD5

Glad to be part of your family!Keep up good work!

I have an issue with my Gigabyte UD5 and my Mushkin 6gb kit.
6Gb installed but only 4 usable...2 gb Memory is reserved by Hardware.I will post some pict with my bios settings.
Before you say anything I would like to say that I have tried the following things;

-Checked my kit and they are all working fine.
-Updated bios..tried to find Memory remapping and other setting that I found here and there.
-Checked for bent pins...none!
-Unchecked Maximum memory box at msconfig>advanced settings
-On board VGA is off.

Haven't tried yet
-Havent flashed yet any custom Bios...I am trying to find F8g that has some additional memory settings(I think..) but I cant find it.
-Try different Windows version...(Prof at the moment).

My system:
Mobo...Gigabyte Ex58-UD5 rev 1.0(how can I check rev to be sure? )
CPU.....i7 950
GPU.....ATI 5870
RAM....Mushkin 6gb(998681es) (3x2 gb ES3-12800,1.6-1.65Volt, 8-8-8-24)

So,I was thinking that my Ram settings are bad.
I hope that this is the problem...Can you help my adjust my setting?

missing memory can be bent pins,plexing motherboard,overtightened cpu cooler

try enabling x.m.p if your memory supports it

tested each stick one at a time on one white slot at a time? try to find out which slot or stick isn't booting up the pc,it will boot into windows with just one memory stick in any of the white ram slots

plexing motherboard...what exactly is this?
I have checked for the other 3...I think that there no issue there...!
