          Re: GA-Z87X-OC Fan issue

been doing a bit of experimenting for last hour...ran cpu at 4.4 and dropped voltage to 1.202 and used coretemp instead of realtemp

          small screenshot software

still running fine with no issues...also ran unigen heaven benchmark for half and hour with no issues either...looks good

Where you found this IBT 2.52...?.....and only use 1024-2048 of ram (of 16480).
            Is totally outdated........

Run LinX 0.6.5.......with "All" memory used.

What is your 16GB RAM speed?

                Re: GA-Z87X-OC Fan issue

well...I am going to assume that this overclock is safe...I have stress tested it using all kind of software I have played world of tanks and black ops 2 for 3 hrs and temps only go upto 50 degrees....I have no bsods to report in fact this is probably the most stable and fastest pc I have ever built....i left it running all night on aida stress test with out any issues so unless someone wants to actually give me some real advice..instead of just telling me I am using the wrong version of benchmarking software then i will say thanks for the help!
