GA-990FXA-UD3 Issues with a new build.

I am working on a new build using the GA-990FXA-UD3 (rev. 4.0) motherboard. Other components listed below. The problem I am having is when I power up the computer and attempt to install Windows 7 from USB or DVD the computer will freeze. This will also happen when I attempt to access the BIOS on occasion. Furthermore, on my last attempts to even power the computer on I was getting no signal from my graphics card. I checked the temps when I was in the BIOS a few times and they were in the mid 40s to low 50s. I also tested the video card in another computer and it is working as it should be.

try with only one ram stick installed

or enable x.m.p memory profile if that ram supports it

That was it. Thanks for the help. I took one out and it worked. Then took the "good" stick out and tried the other, would not work. So I am going to send the RAM back and try that.

yes rma the ram kit,should work fine with two good sticks
