  • PXE, Storage, Display Boot option control

Hello, I have recently installed my new SSD 840 pro 256 gb on my system and convert all disks to GPT then made an UEFI installation of windows 8 pro x64.

So everything is fine... but Im curios about some options in my BIOS and manual does not say anything about them.

in the above picture, there are PXE , Storage and Display boot option control options and I left them at their defaults.

do I have to change all of them to UEFI Only ?
btw, now I only changed the boot mode selection to UEFI Only

OK I found some answers after a long time I spent surfing the web.

If you disable CSM then every option will be set to UEFI mode.
If CSM is enabled then you can select which option is UEFI or Legacy.

So if your graphics card does not have UEFI bios, you just leave display boot control to legacy (default)
      and so on.

Im trying to understand the storage boot control now and its related to whether you select storage controller to uefi or legacy.. Im trying to understand this... will post later ;)
