BUS spikes to 102MHZ, what to do ??

Z77 D3H , 3570K
Tried to flash last beta bios F19I and last stable F18 bios.
Tried occt, CPU-Z , AIDA64 to see the bus speed, it spikes to 103 sometimes, idle or load, doesn't matter.
My bus spikes to 103MHZ sometimes, that also spikes my CPU speed and ruin my OC-ability because I have to aim the voltage by the max cpu speed, and going from 4.7 to 4.85 is a huge deal when it comes to ivy , it can be 1.3v to 1.4v and worse.
Tried to unplug power+battery all night.
Tried to lock it manually to 102MHZ - then it spikes to 104MHZ!
Please help me out . I can't RMA it , they just see my pc works fine (on default cpu speed of course) and send me back home ..
Plz some ideas ? :( :(

Just did ... it goes to 101mhz , and if I would wait, probably 102

seems very odd for it to spike like that

does it do it under stress test or just at idle?

have you left out the cmos battery a good 30 minutes and load optimised defaults and re enter your bios/oc settings

on my board I set to 100mhz and it stays there no matter what

both stressed and idle ...
yes I put out the battery and left clr cmos for the night (unplugged power cable of course).
By the way, I looked at older OCCT runs and saw those spikes in all of them. Turns out it was always there and I didn't notice. It wonders around 100.10-100.11 (for example) all the time by the way, can this explain microstutter in games ?

double posting to add another pic ...
on certain voltage I get pretty stable vcore on load.
at 1.340 for example, llc=high, I get this :

on llc=medium I get drops like 1.300v . On extreme I didn't try 1.340, but on 1.300 it would get to 1.370 !
weirdly enough I see you all use extreme LLC to get the same vcore at load and idle, but also I had a z77-d3h rev 1.1 before RMA (this current awesome sample is 1.0) and it used to have huge vcore bumps on extreme llc as well ...

its normal for the bclk to fluctuate like this 100.10-100.11 ect but it shouldn't jump from 100 to 103 or 104

cpu voltage will spike up and down depending on the load put on the cpu,it doesn't matter what llc level you use aslong as it doesn't go above your stable voltage needed for your overclock,its just a matter of finding the right llc and dvid combination,i don't use fixed cpu voltages as the cpu can't throttle at idle

if you set 47x100 it should stay at that,leave all turbo multipliers on auto
